What payment methods do you accept?

Right now, we accept PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or your debit or credit card through PayPal's secure checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping on all orders across the United States, so there are no extra delivery charges at checkout.

What's the cut-off time?

Place your order before 4:00 PM (GMT-5) on a business day, and we'll start processing it the same day.

Can I return an item after the 30-day return period?

Unfortunately, no. Returns need to be requested within 30 days of delivery. Once that period has passed, we're no longer able to accept the return.

When will I receive my refund?

After your returned item arrives and passes our inspection, we'll send your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 7 days.
